All catering jobs are to be individually customized for the client. For example, we are happy to include more or less vegetables, mashed or baked potatoes, special requests due to allergies, vegan, etc.

All meals come with 2 - 3 vegetables, salads, potatoes and condiments. Clean up and Set up are included. A coffee / tea station is included. For groups of more than 50 people there may be an extra charge for extra flatware and dishes. (The local rental company cannot guarantee a price at this time.)

Some Sample Menus include:

Mom's Homemade Roast Beef Traditional Turkey with Stuffing Baked Ham Summertime BBQ (Choice of Burgers, Smokies, Chicken, Wild Salmon, Trout or Steak) Italian Pasta Buffet (Including Lasagna) Fried Chicken Dinner Choice of 2 Meat Buffet. Prices start at $15.95 per person, and then are to be quoted per function. (Salmon and trout would be based on current market value at date of function.)

Bar Service is available.

Bar Service is $15 per hour. We supply glasses, liquor, mixes, ice and License. Beer and House Highballs would be priced at $3.75 each with Premium brands also available. Coolers and Ciders would be priced at $4 each.

We can also work up an affordable Penticton Wine and Brewery list if you wish.

Affordable Music is now affiliated with a Penticton Designated Driver program.
